Shree Hari Solar specializes in the supply, design, and installation of Solar Power Plants (Rooftop & Ground Mounted) and Solar Panels for residential, commercial, and industrial use. (Note: We do not provide or sell Solar Water Pumps).

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate information regarding our solar products and services, any technical specifications, pricing, or availability mentioned on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Quotations and Orders

• Any price estimate provided via the website is preliminary. A final quote will be issued only after a technical site survey.
• An order is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the initial advance payment as per the agreed terms.

5. Payment Terms

• Clients are required to follow the payment schedule mentioned in the proforma invoice or contract.
• Delayed payments may lead to a delay in installation or service.
• Payments can be made through Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), Cheque, or other authorized digital modes.

6. Warranty and Maintenance

• Warranty on Solar Panels and Inverters is provided directly by the respective manufacturers as per their terms.
• Shree Hari Solar provides a limited workmanship warranty for the installation period as specified in your service contract.
• Damage caused by natural disasters (storm, earthquake), external impact, or unauthorized repairs is not covered under warranty.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the materials have been dispatched to the site or the installation process has begun.
• In case of cancellation before dispatch, certain administrative and processing fees may be deducted from the refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Shree Hari Solar. Unauthorized reproduction or use of this material is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shree Hari Solar shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decrease in power generation due to weather conditions, shadow issues, or lack of maintenance by the user.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
